Our Story
Coach Tribe is an online coaching platform focused on supporting individuals and companies in their training and growth thanks to the expertise and experience of our coaches.
The objective is to allow an access to quality coaches, through a safe and secure platform, and coaching sessions accessible at any time anywhere in the world in different languages, as well as having personalized support for your personal or professional development, for you or your teams.
Our mission is to support you and your teams in developing your/their capacities, achieving personal and / or professional objectives through personalized & customized coaching centered on the individual, his motivations, his values and his environment.

When I was scaling my company, I started looking for a coach — but instead of clarity, I found uncertainty. I didn’t know who to trust, I feared being scammed, and most importantly, I struggled to find someone who truly understood my context, my way of working, and where I was coming from. At the same time, I was surrounded by incredibly talented coaches across Africa and beyond, who lacked visibility and access despite their expertise.
Coach Tribe was built from that gap. A trusted, global ecosystem where coaching is accessible, diverse, and safe — across languages, cultures, and markets. A space where individuals can find the right coach, and where coaches can focus on what they do best, without worrying about infrastructure, payments, or visibility. More than a platform, Coach Tribe is a community — built by and for those who believe in growth.
